Ticket Purchases and Event Attendance:
For events organised through our website, the following terms apply to ticket purchases:-
Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), our primary goal is to reinvest any funds generated to support our social missions and community initiatives. Refunds would impact our ability to provide these valuable services. Therefore, once tickets are purchased, no refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by us.

Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate a transfer, please notify us via email at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name and contact information.

Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by us, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

Individuals participating in Freshefied initiatives through volunteering or content contribution (e.g. event leads, blog writers, media team members, etc.) agree to the following:

All applications and roles must be completed with accurate, honest information.

Participants must adhere to deadlines, communication standards, and role descriptions as outlined during onboarding or via Freshefied platforms.

Volunteers are not employees and are not entitled to wages, sick pay, or employment benefits.

All volunteers are expected to treat others respectfully and uphold the values of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration.

Freshefied reserves the right to withdraw or reassign a role if expectations are not met, or if conduct undermines our community goals.

Blog content submitted remains the intellectual property of the creator, but contributors grant Freshefied CIC permission to edit, publish, and share their work on our website and social media platforms.

Volunteers and contributors will receive recognition for their work and may request references upon successful completion of their involvement.
